We are currently seeking an ambitious professional for a Dutch Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to clients within the fast-paced Customer Support Services sector.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and a high degree of empathy.
- Maintain detailed customer records and provide accurate insights to improve service quality.




- Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high satisfaction scores.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to provide actionable suggestions to the management team.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and internal processes to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
- Contribute to a positive team environment while meeting individual and collective performance KPIs.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (required for all applicants).
- Prior experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Strong command of English, allowing you to collaborate effectively within our international office culture.
