You will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of clinical services, ensuring our patients receive the highest standards of care and support.You will lead clinical services across our two wards: a 12-bed Rehabilitation & Recovery (R&R;) ward and an 18-bed Acute ward. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital, you will promote a positive, patient-centred culture, drive continuous improvement and ensure our clinical teams are supported to deliver the best possible outcomes and experience for our patients.About usBased in Berkshire, this role offers the opportunity to work within a well-established service supporting adult males with mental health needs,
