The Role – Director

As a Director in the CFO Services team, you will take ownership of leading complex transformation projects across our client portfolio. You will work with senior stakeholders—including CFOs, CEOs, and PE sponsors—to assess financial operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.

This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, problem-solving, client delivery, and team development. Directors play a critical role in building client trust, delivering projects to high standards, and contributing to the growth and reputation of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements, from scoping to execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CFOs, finance leaders, and sponsors
- Design and implement performance improvement initiatives across finance processes (e.g. FP&A;, reporting, close cycle
