JOB DESCRIPTION:
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Origination & Strategic Development




- Support the development and execution of HBX Group's inorganic growth strategy.
- Proactively identify acquisition, investment and partnership opportunities aligned to strategic priorities.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and develop investment theses for potential transactions.
- Conduct market, industry and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and attractive sectors.

Transaction Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of acquisitions, divestments and strategic projects from assessment through closing.
- Manage valuation, financial modelling, due diligence and transaction structuring activities.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external advisers throughout the transaction process.
- Drive negotiations and support transaction documentation and execution.

Strategic Analysis & Board Support
- Develop high-quality financial analyses and investment recommendations.
