Senior Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA

Location: Pamplona, Spain
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate HR Program Execution
- Implement corporate HR programs, policies, and processes consistently across the region.
- Partner closely with Chandler‑based HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent Development.
- Ensure alignment with corporate HR standards, governance requirements, and annual HR processes.
- Drive consistent use of general HR processes, approval workflows, documentation standards, and governance requirements across the EMEA region.
- Support readiness and adoption for regional payroll, absence, timekeeping, and HR transformation initiatives.
- Identify data, process, and compliance gaps and partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.
- Revenue Growth Enablement
- Partner with business leaders to ensure organizational structures, workforce plans,



and talent strategies support revenue growth objectives.
- Identify workforce risks, capability gaps, and talent needs that may impact commercial performance.
- Provide strategic workforce insights and recommendations that improve business results.
- Operational Execution
- Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives that enable successful project delivery and customer support.
- Partner with leaders to drive productivity, accountability, and execution across the organization.
- Anticipate and address workforce challenges that could impact operational performance.
- Talent Acquisition, Retention, and Workforce Planning
- Lead efforts to attract, hire, onboard, and retain top talent in partnership with Corporate Talent Acquisition.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
- Support succession planning and retention strategies for key talent and leadership roles.
