Job Description:

At Hitachi Energy, we are advancing the world's energy system to be more sustainable, versátil and secure. As part of our continued growth within the Transformers Business Unit, we are seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager to lead and shape the Quality strategy across Europe.

This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the Europe Hub leadership team and responsible for Quality performance across multiple manufacturing operations spanning our Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, and Insulation & Components businesses.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior manufacturing or operations leader who understands how to translate business strategy into execution.

You will lead regional Quality teams, partner closely with factory and business leaders, and ensure that Quality becomes a competitive advantage through disciplined execution, proactive leadership, and continuous improvement.

This role could be based in multiple locations within Europe, within proximity to our major manufacturing locations.
