Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role;
- 3-5 years of commercial experience in the iGaming industry;

SEO Expertise:
- Deep understanding of how search engines work;
- Expert knowledge of ranking factors and Google algorithms, with the ability to adapt to updates;
- Experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies;
- Experience working in highly competitive niches;
- Ability to analyze traffic trends, identify causes of drops, and create recovery plans;
- Experience with iGaming-specific SEO challenges: blocks, dropped domains, migrations, satellite sites,



cloaking;
- Ability to conduct technical audits and effectively define tasks for development teams;
- Experience with A/B testing of SEO hypotheses: ideation, execution, and evaluation;

Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to build long-term SEO strategies;
- Understanding the impact of SEO on business metrics;
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement them;
- Strong understanding of business priorities;

Team & Project Management:
- Experience managing an SEO team (or mentoring specialists);
- Skills in developing and growing team members;
- Experience conducting performance reviews and setting development goals;
- Hiring and evaluation skills;
- Ability to allocate projects based on team capacity and competencies
