Job Description
Join Amaris Consulting’s Bid Management team in Barcelona and contribute to the development of our Pharma and MedTech activities across international markets. As a Bid & Presales Manager, you will support client opportunities and prepare high-quality proposals in collaboration with Sales, Consulting, Quality, Regulatory, Delivery, Finance and Legal teams. You will help translate client challenges into clear service offerings across the Pharma and MedTech value chain, including Health Economics & Market Access, Contract Research Organization services, regulatory affairs, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, digital transformation and technology implementation.
Your missions
- Support Sales and Account teams during client meetings, discovery sessions and opportunity qualification discussions.
- Analyse client requirements, business challenges, procurement documents and evaluation criteria.
- Assess bid feasibility, risks, resource requirements and expected timelines.
- Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions and define the response strategy for each opportunity.




- Lead the preparation of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders and other client consultations.
- Coordinate contributions from Sales, Life Sciences consultants, technical experts, Delivery, Finance, Procurement and Legal teams.
- Prepare client presentations, workshops, solution documents and supporting materials.
- Build and maintain proposal templates, case studies, credentials and reusable content related to Pharma and MedTech capabilities.

Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in bid management, presales, proposal management, consulting, business development or project management.
- Previous experience in Pharma, MedTech, Life Sciences, healthcare consulting or a related regulated environment.
- Experience working with RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, statements of work and client presentations.
- Good understanding of the Pharma or MedTech value chain, with exposure to at least one of the following areas: Con
