As Product Manager for Convego Service Market u0026amp; Transit Wallet, you shape the roadmap for the commercial smart issuance portfolio. You bridge customers, commercial teams and engineering across international teams, translating business needs into product solutions and guiding delivery and adoption. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Engineering to drive value and growth. This role places you at the intersection of business, technology and customer engagement in a global, collaborative environment.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Convego Service Market and Transit Wallet
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and evolution
• Translate business requirements into product improvements with cross-functional input
• Support Sales with presentations, proposals, and business cases
• Facilitate customer meetings, workshops, demos, and technical discussions




• Gather and translate customer/market feedback into roadmap priorities
• Define positioning, value proposition, pricing and packaging
• Prioritize backlog and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Support
• Act as Product Owner during major incidents and escalations
• Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, satisfaction and business impact
• Support initiatives to drive product adoption and portfolio growth
Responsabilidades
• Experience in Product Management xqbhyrx or similar customer-facing roles
• Background in B2B software, fintech/payments, SaaS, or API environments
• Understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap prioritization
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience supporting commercial activities like customer presentations or RFPs is a plus
• Experience with international teams is a plus
• Fluent English; Spanish desirable; Catalan a plus
