In this role you will accelerate the On-Demand vertical by turning technical and operational challenges into scalable, AI-driven solutions. You will partner with product and tech teams to deliver a best-in-class onboarding, integration, and issue-resolution experience for partners. You’ll shape the AI roadmap to automate repetitive processes and increase throughput as partner volume grows. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a fast-growing marketplace that values execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Identify and drive automation and AI-based improvements across On-Demand workflows to cut manual work and scale capacity
• Own end-to-end partner onboarding for new stores and accounts,



coordinating with Sales/Account managers and ensuring data accuracy
• Act as the bridge between On-Demand and Tech teams to root-cause frequent partner issues and implement structural fixes
• Manage partner API integrations, ensuring quality and quick onboarding of new partners and proactive issue detection
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in a data, technical operations, or business operations role with proven process-improvement impact
• Working xqbhyrx knowledge of SQL for data querying and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate recurring processes
• Execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
• Solid English communication skills
• Nice to have: experience leading end-to-end cross-functional projects
• Nice to have: experience in a food tech or broader tech company environment
