Skills and Attributes Required:
Minimum 2 years as Chief Mate on 50m+ or strong Second Officer on similar-sized vessels
Confident in bridge watchkeeping
Oversees navigation equipment maintenance
Familiar with bridge procedures and emergency response protocols
Manages the deck team effectively
Delegates effectively and ensures high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance.
Sets a positive example in professionalism, discipline, and work ethic.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and disciplined
Qualifications Required:
Chief mate 3000
STCW basic and advanced (Fully Updated)
Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid at least 6 months
Seaman's discharge book
