your_responsibilities

Work closely with product owners and business analysts to turn business needs into cohesive, customer-centric Pega solutions.





Lead the development of scalable, high-performance Pega applications.

Advocate for best practices and quality to fully leverage Pega’s potential.

Identify Pega feasibility limits early in the agile development process to reduce risk.

Mentor and support other engineers to help them grow their technical skills and confidence.

Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.

Promote a blame-free environment where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, and constructive feedback is used to drive continuous improvement and personal growth.

Pega certification : You have successfully completed training and obtained certification as a Pega Senior System Architect (SSA).

Software development : Several years of hands-on experience building and delivering software solutions,
