Responsabilidades
Lead AI-driven Finance transformation initiatives from strategy through global implementation
Own digital products that create measurable value across Finance processes and decision-making
Partner with Finance leaders, data scientists, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions




Translate business challenges into innovative AI and automation opportunities
Drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working across global Finance teams
Influence senior stakeholders and align diverse groups around transformational objectives

Requisitos principales
Significant experience in Finance; experience in Digital Finance, Finance transformation, or related business transformation roles is a plus
Strong understanding of Finance processes, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, xqbhyrx or operational finance
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment
Demonstrated exposure to Artificial Intelligence, agentic solutions, automation, advanced analytics, or digital product delivery
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders
Self-driven, highly adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to deliver results independently
