As Senior Audit Manager, you will lead the IT and information security audit program to strengthen cloud, security and third-party risk controls in a fast-moving fintech. You’ll work with CIO, CISO and other executives to ensure resilience and regulatory compliance across AWS, CI/CD pipelines and vendor ecosystems. You shape risk-based audits, drive improvements, and influence engineering practices in a global growth environment. This role combines deep technical risk expertise with regulatory know-how to protect critical financial processes.

• Lead risk-based audits of cloud infrastructure (AWS), network security, IAM, privileged access, and containerized environments
• Assess Cyber Defense controls, SOC monitoring, Incident Response, SIEM (Splunk), and EDR (CrowdStrike) deployments
• Audit IT General Controls (ITGCs) and automated IT controls (ITACs) within CI/CD pipelines
• Evaluate third-party vendor risk management and hosted assurance for key SaaS platforms
• Oversee control frameworks for third-party partnerships ensuring DORA and FCA PS21/3 compliance
• Assess readiness for regulatory regimes (DORA,



PRA Operational Resilience, SWIFT CSP, ECCTA/FTP) and perform gap analyses against ISO 27001 and PCI DSS
• Evaluate data governance, data quality, and privacy controls across analytics platforms (GDPR/CCPA)
• Engage stakeholders (CISO, Head of Engineering, CIO, Chief Data Officer) and present findings to Audit Committee and Board
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in IT/Cyber Audit within cloud-native Fintech, financial institutions, or Big 4 tech practice
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC required; ACA/CIA dual qualification preferred
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, xqbhyrx IAM, SIEM (Splunk), EDR (CrowdStrike)
• Knowledge of DORA, FCA PS21/3, PRA Operational Resilience, ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST
• Experience auditing payments lifecycle, API security, third-party risk management
• Ability to translate technical risk into business insights for executives
• Mentoring and coordination with junior auditors and external co-source partners
