Your Mission

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to help us continue evolving our SaaS product.

You will join a highly skilled Product and Technology team, actively contributing to the development of new features and the continuous improvement of a platform used by thousands of customers every day.

Your work will have a direct impact on the quality, scalability, and future evolution of the product.

What Will You Do?

-

- Improve and maintain the existing SaaS product while developing valuable new features.

- Build backend solutions using Ruby on Rails and related technologies.

- Participate in the full Agile development lifecycle, including refinement, estimation, technical analysis, and delivery.

- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and the development team.

- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

- Contribute your expertise to discuss and define technical approaches and solutions.

- Take ownership of your developments end-to-end, ensuring quality standards and best practices are followed.

What We’re Looking For

-

- Strong experience as a Backend Developer with Ruby on Rails.

- Solid understanding of designing and consuming REST APIs.

- Focus on code quality, testing, and software development best practices.

- Ability to work independently and propose efficient solutions.
