Responsibilities and Tasks
- Support-oriented SAP ERP ECC functional consultant, able to investigate complex incidents, understand business processes and operate autonomously within a highly customized SAP ECC environment with multiple integrations. The focus is not on implementing new processes or migrating to S/4HANA, but on supporting existing processes and occasionally participating in improvement projects
- Collaboration with other IT and specialist departments as well as external partners to ensure smooth integration of SAP solutions into the existing system landscape
- Expected activity split:

70-80% support: tickets, incidents, application management (AMS), corrective and evolutive maintenance, 2nd level support

20-30% projects and improvements

Strong understanding of business processes as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.

You like to work in a team-oriented manner.

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Spanish skills highly recommended. German skills valuable, but not required.

Education and Certifications

Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on IT.

C1 equivalent, no certification needed

Working Experience

Genuine prior experience working as a consultant in SAP ERP ECC, at least 2-3 years

Professional skills

Mandatory skills
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) - the single most important requirement of the search; covers 60-70% of managed incidents
- Desirable experience within SD: Order Management, Pricing, Outputs, Billing, integration with external systems
- Knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC)
