About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer with expertise in industrial equipment to join their team in Queenstown . This role is essential for the design, development, and optimization of machinery and systems used in industrial applications. You will be involved in projects ranging from new equipment design to the enhancement of existing systems, ensuring efficiency, safety, and reliability. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for industrial machinery, utilizing CAD software. Perform calculations and simulations to analyze structural integrity, performance, and durability.

- Collaborate with production teams to oversee the manufacturing and assembly process of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues encountered in the field or during production.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for equipment design and operation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing or maintaining industrial equipment .
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials science.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
