We are now looking for a QA Lead to join our team to work on a high-impact financial technology project where quality really matters.
YOU ARE:

YOU HAVE:
- Significant experience in a QA lead role




- The ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
- Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and understand the QA role in it
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, feeling comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders

YOU WILL:
- Propose, create and enhance project's test strategy considering test automation approach
- Confidently leverage your experience in questioning and challenging existing practices while actively promoting QA best practices
- Encourage a mindset/culture by educating your team that quality is everyone's responsibility and focusing your time on value-add testing tasks, rather than routine checks
- Approach complex challenges with a positive mindset, fostering collaboration with the team and the client
- Define and enhance the quality assurance process based on the project needs
