In this role you will service and support Mako robotic systems on-site across Iberia and Southern France, driving reliable operation and customer satisfaction. You will install, maintain, repair, and test devices, troubleshoot field issues, and build strong client relationships. You’ll work independently yet collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely, compliant service and clear reporting. This is a hands-on, travel-heavy role with a clear impact on service quality and customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Provide on-site technical and customer support
- Install, repair, maintain, and test Mako robotic devices
- Resolve field operational issues and perform troubleshooting




- Identify customer needs and offer recommendations
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service
- Manage work progress and adhere to schedules
- Document work progress and complete service reports
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Engineering
- Demonstrated technical aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve routine xqbhyrx to moderately complex technical issues
- Fluent in Spanish and English; advanced French
- Willingness to travel frequently (Iberia and Southern France)
- Ability to interact effectively with customers
