We now have a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Manager to join our Business Banking Products leadership team. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Banking Products, this role sits at the centre of one of Nationwide's most exciting growth agendas, helping to shape and coordinate the future direction of our Business Banking proposition. Operating across a broad product portfolio, you’ll provide strategic support to the Director whilst bringing together product planning, portfolio governance, performance reporting, market insight and business management activity across multiple product disciplines. Working closely with Product Heads and senior stakeholders across the organisation, you'll help ensure the Business Banking Products function remains aligned,



informed and focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and colleagues. You'll be the key point of coordination across the Product leadership team, helping to connect strategy, execution and governance while providing the insight, structure and oversight needed to support effective decision making. This is a role for someone who enjoys operating at pace, managing complexity and influencing across a wide range of stakeholders without direct ownership of every outcome. About youYou'll bring significant experience from a Business Banking, Product Management, Strategy or Business Management environment, with a strong understanding of product development and product lifecycle management, with the ability to support the evolution of customer propositions and drive alignment between strategic objectives, commercial priorities and delivery outcomes.Comfortable operating in a complex, matrix
