In this role you own the paid acquisition engine for the French market, managing a multi-million euro budget with autonomy to scale. You will align Marketing, Sales, and Revenue to drive high-quality pipeline and recurring revenue, focusing on revenue efficiency over vanity metrics. You’ll lead bidding, targeting, and creative optimization across paid channels, partnering with CRO and Content teams to improve landing pages and conversions. This high-ownership position offers the chance to shape growth for France in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Responsabilidades

- Oversee Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms for France
- Optimize a 7-figure annual budget for lowest cost per deal and higher MRR impact
- Coordinate with the French Sales Development team to improve lead quality and funnel conversion
- Lead test-and-learn roadmap for bidding strategies,



audience targeting, and ad formats
- Collaborate with CRO and Content teams to improve landing pages and creative assets
- Measure and report how marketing spend translates to closed-won deals and recurring revenue
- Identify and test new platforms and growth opportunities for the French B2B landscape
- Manage the performance tech stack to ensure clean attribution and data-driven decisions

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in performance marketing (SaaS, B2B, lead generation valued)
- Advanced mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn xqbhyrx Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4
- Proven track record managing 7-figure annual budgets with revenue efficiency focus
- Analytical mindset translating data into growth plans
- Hands-on ad copywriting and strong eye for creative performance
- Self-driven team player with collaboration across international teams and time zones
- Native or bilingual French and professional English
