In this Global Medical Affairs role, you lead the medical strategy and lifecycle optimization for Ilumetri in PsO, under VP governance. You drive evidence generation and dissemination, aligning with global and local needs to sustain medical value. You work cross-functionally to support access, differentiation, and governance across a mature biologic. This is an opportunity to shape medical strategy at scale and impact patient care.
Responsabilidades
Develop and implement the Global Medical Affairs plan for Ilumetri aligned with biologics portfolio strategy and post-launch lifecycle optimization
Ensure tactical execution of medical plans within global priorities and governance frameworks
Lead asset-level evidence activities focusing on maturation, positioning, and long-term value demonstration
Lead scientific exchange, publications and data dissemination to reinforce Ilumetri’s profile
Collaborate with R&D;, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory and General RWE teams to support value, access and differentiation




Contribute Ilumetri-specific medical insights to global forums through the VP Global Medical Affairs, Biologics
Enable affiliates through lifecycle strategy, tools and guidance for consistent medical execution
Support quality, continuity and efficiency across global and local medical activities
Lead and develop the Global Medical Affairs Ilumetri team
Promote stable performance, collaboration and capability development aligned with portfolio priorities
Requisitos principales
Experience in Medical Affairs for biologics, preferably in dermatology and immunology products, in xqbhyrx launch and mature products
Strong scientific background and medical communication skills
Good understanding of global medical governance and lifecycle management
More than 10 years experience in Medical Affairs within pharma or biotech
Experience working at global level within a matrix organization
Demonstrated people leadership and asset ownership experience
