This is a highly hands-on position with significant ownership. You’ll work closely with the leadership, clinical and operational teams to design and build technology used by both clients and healthcare professionals.

They're looking for a Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable taking ownership and building products in a fast-moving environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Strong experience shipping real-world products within a startup or scale-up environment , ideally Series A/B stage

- Strong TypeScript and React / Next.js experience

- Experience building backend applications using Node.js and/or Python

- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL in production environments

- Hands-on experience building and managing infrastructure within AWS





- Experience across both frontend and backend development

- Exposure to mobile application development

- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data architecture and modern cloud environments

- Experience shipping genuine LLM / Generative AI-powered features into production

- Hands-on use of modern AI development and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar

- A strong product mindset — able to understand a business or user problem and translate it into a simple, effective technical solution

- Comfortable operating with autonomy and making technical decisions without relying on a large engineering team
