Learnlife is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support school growth by providing outstanding service to families interested in joining our schools.

You will be the first point of contact for families, providing a personal, proactive and warm service that nurtures and qualifies enquiries for the Admissions & Community Engagement Lead to enrol. You will ensure the admissions process is followed, runs smoothly and provides both the team and families with the information they need to make informed decisions.

Start date: Full-time from October 2026.

Work location:



25% remote with 75% regular presence in our hubs (Barcelona, Castelldefels and St. Pere de Ribes)

Reporting: Admissions & Community Engagement Lead.

Your Responsibilities

Managing and Nurturing Enquiries
- Respond to enquiries from families. Manage the admissions inbox, online, walk-in and phone enquiries.
- Qualify enquiries by holding 1:1 meetings with families and using lead scoring and nurturing sequences.
- Arrange and host family tours at our three hubs, and gather feedback from families after the visits.
- Oversee Taster Days, coordinating with the hub teams, registering families, and gathering and providing feedback.
- Support in-person Open Houses and Online Info Session events.

Admissions Management
- Support the whole admissions process, focusing on converting enquiries to qualified leads.
- Ensure a seamless and personal family journey that reflects our ethos of care and agency.
