Job purpose: This role supports the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in its mission to manage migration effectively and humanely. The position contributes to the organization's efforts in addressing operational migration challenges, enhancing the understanding of migration-related issues, and promoting socio-economic development through migration. By ensuring the dignity and well-being of migrants, the role upholds IOM's core principles. The position is integral to the successful implementation and reporting of projects,



ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards. It facilitates smooth project operations and contributes to the overall effectiveness of IOM's mandate in Spain.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include preparing periodic and specific project activity reports for donors, the mission, regional office, or headquarters. This involves guiding data collection and monitoring project indicators in coordination with the Information Management Coordinator. The role requires coordinating with program staff to ensure constant monitoring of implementation, adherence to grant agreements, and project documentation. It also involves supporting visibility activities within projects. Maintaining a centralized, organized, accessible, and secure filing system for digital and physical records, including beneficiary information, projects, databases, contracts, and other relevant documentation, is crucial.
