This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a team delivering high-quality, employee-centred HR services across the employee lifecycle, while driving continuous improvement, supporting organisational priorities and helping to create an inclusive and positive experience for our employees and managers. As Deputy HR Services Manager: you will work closely with colleagues across Human Resources and the wider University to ensure our people processes are efficient, compliant and customer focused. you will manage a supportive team, provide specialist guidance and coaching on complex employee matters and help enhance the HR services function through data insight, process improvement and technology.
