In this consultative role, you will act as a trusted advisor to wedding vendors, helping them grow their business through personalized campaigns and sales strategies. You will join a team of sales professionals in a leading marketplace, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. The position blends outbound prospecting with training clients on marketing and sales approaches to drive impact. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable vendors’ success and company growth.

Responsabilidades

- Acquire new clients on the platform and upsell to premium offerings




- Manage and expand the assigned client portfolio
- Provide training and consulting to clients on products/services
- Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling and prospecting
- Manage inbound leads and guide clients through premium service opportunities
- Navigate the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 3 years of sales and B2B client management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and proven xqbhyrx negotiation skills
- Excellent listening and communication abilities
- Highly results-oriented, determined, and team-driven
- Proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement
- Ability to work in multicultural, structured, and dynamic environments
- Native-level Italian and fluent English proficiency
