In this role you will help build and deploy production-grade AI systems on Google Cloud, from conception to launch. You will work on multilingual NLP and GenAI solutions, shaping agentic workflows and RAG architectures to meet real-world needs. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions that deliver measurable impact for customers. This is a hands-on, high-impact position at the intersection of AI research and production engineering, with a clear focus on reliability and performance.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems ensuring accuracy, safety, and latency requirements
• Own delivery of Customer User Journeys (CUJs), ensuring conversational flows are production-ready and aligned with top customer priorities
• Architect and optimize complex agentic workloads focusing on reasoning loops, tool selection,



and latency reduction while maintaining security and networking standards
• Implement critical infrastructure including rate limiting, error management, and regional failover; develop monitoring and alerting dashboards for Go-Live windows during traffic growth
• Travel up to 50% of the time
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 6 years of software development experience with Python or similar languages
• Experience xqbhyrx taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from concept to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP)
• Experience developing AI/GenAI solutions utilizing AI tools, or designing multi-agent workflows or RAG systems
• Experience developing and deploying multilingual natural language processing models
