Network Analyst Hybrid – Attached to our Solihull, London or Hook office Full Time, Permanent Band 5 / 40,000 - 55,000 (dependent on experience) Here at Serco, our IT Services team plays a vital role in keeping our business connected, secure and running smoothly. As a Network Analyst, you’ll help maintain, support and continually improve the network services that connect our people, sites and systems across the UK, Europe and our general corporate network.You’ll work across a broad range of network environments, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi and cloud networking, working closely with operational teams, suppliers and technical partners to ensure our services remain secure, resilient and fit for purpose.This is a varied role where you’ll combine hands-on network support and troubleshooting with service improvement, stakeholder management and technical delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our network roadmap,



support new technology deployments and help identify opportunities to improve performance and user experience.As part of this you’ll:Support the maintenance and operation of secure enterprise network services across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi and cloud environments.Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and service issues, helping to maintain availability, performance and security.Support network deployments and service improvements, working with internal teams and third-party partners.Work closely with Operations, Service Management, Engineering, Security and divisional IT teams to investigate issues and deliver effective solutions.Contribute to technical designs, documentation, service transition and the introduction of new or enhanced network services.Support the management of network suppliers and third parties, helping to ensure services are delivered effectively and to the required standards.Keep up to date with emerging network technologies and industry best practice, identifying opportunities to i
