In this role you enable ISOC monitoring operations to run at scale by building the compliance backbone, vendor framework, and training programs. You partner with legal, platform teams, and vendors to translate regulations into actionable procedures and standardized platforms. You will shape governance, SOPs, and certification programs that ensure lawful, consistent operations across jurisdictions. You drive operational excellence and enable growth by removing compliance and technology barriers for frontline teams. This is a strategic enablement role focused on scale, quality, and regulatory soundness.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own regulatory and compliance management for ISOC monitoring operations across international jurisdictions
• Navigate legal frameworks for remote monitoring and cross-border data transfer, translating requirements into procedures
• Manage vendor contracts with third-party operators, including SLAs, performance measurement, and renewals
• Coordinate technology integration across the monitoring platform,



including deployments and standardization
• Develop and maintain training and certification programs for ISOC analysts
• Own and maintain the SOP library to reflect regulatory and tech changes
• Build and maintain the audit and compliance framework with schedules, evidence, reporting, and remediation tracking
• Drive process improvements, efficiency, quality management, and standardization across international control rooms
• Support EU Country Lead and ISOC leadership xqbhyrx with enabling infrastructure for growth
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor
• Experience overseeing security operations and working with security vendors/contractors
• Experience in written and verbal communication with executives and non-technical leaders
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance, including data protection and operational licensing
• Proven ability to build and maintain training programs, SOPs, or certification frameworks
