Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our Marketing & Sales team , who will be responsible for the quality of a strategic project involving three development Squads , ensuring consistent standards, shared knowledge,



and the adoption of AI-driven testing practices across the initiative.

This role will be part of the Marketing & Sales domain , reporting functionally to the QA Lead and organizationally to the Team Leader of the Marketing domain .
- Support to the end-to-end quality of the strategic project, acting as the single point of accountability for QA across the three development Squads involved.
- Promote cross-Squad knowledge sharing among the QA engineers of each Squad, fostering a culture where everyone understands the full scope of the project so that all QAs know about all parts of the system ("everyone knows everything").
- Align the implementation and tools used with the QA discipline in the company. Collaborate with the discipline to create best-in-class QA processes.
