Harding is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead onboard cruise retail teams and drive exceptional guest service and sales performance. You will manage and train staff, own client relationships, and ensure top-tier luxury experiences at sea.
The role involves contract work at sea for up to 6 months, accommodation and meals provided, and visas/seafaring documents arranged. You will report to the central office and be a key driver of sales and service excellence on board.
