For our established and expanding luxury real estate agency in Mallorca, we are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of the acquisition, management, and strategic development of our premium property portfolio, serving as the central link between property owners, sales consultants, and the marketing team.

Your Responsibilities:

- Managing relationships with property owners from initial onboarding through to successful property sales
- Acquiring prestigious residential properties across the island in close collaboration with sales advisors
- Advising property owners on market positioning, pricing strategies, and tailored sales campaigns
- Preparing, finalizing, and monitoring property marketing agreements and legal documentation
- Coordinating complete property listings, photo and video shoots, and professional team viewings
- Collaborating closely with marketing specialists to create compelling exposés, digital content, and targeted campaigns
- Continuously evaluating portfolio performance, pricing alignment, and presentation standards




- Building and nurturing an active network of private property owners and key industry multipliers

Your Profile:

- Proven professional experience in the real estate industry on Mallorca
- Business fluent communication skills in English, German, and Spanish
- Solid background in acquiring, advising, and retaining property owners
- In-depth knowledge of Mallorca's real estate market, regional trends, and micro-locations
- Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal competence, and a confident appearance
- Highly structured, reliable, and self-directed work ethic with proficiency xqbhyrx in CRM systems and digital workflows
- Valid driving license (Class B) and your own vehicle
- Prior experience in the luxury property segment and knowledge of Spanish real estate transaction procedures are advantageous
