- .Incident Management : Lead root-cause investigations for critical or high-potential (HIPO) incidents

- sExperience : Heavy infrastructure field services

- . xqbhyrx Skills : Strong contractor/supplier safety management and auditing

- .Certifications : NEBOSH (IGC/Diploma) and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor preferred
