Задачи:

Own rider demand forecasts at city-hour level, track forecast accuracy, and continuously optimize performance;
Collaborate with local teams to collect insights and make decisions on their application;
Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics and trends;
Simplify and automate forecasting processes with tech teams to implement scalable solutions;
Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for rider allocation, operational planning, and efficiency optimization;
Collaborate with local operations and stakeholders to validate forecasts and identify proactive adjustments;
Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to improve resource planning and overall service performance.
Требования:





Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field;
1-3 Years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data accurately and extract actionable insights;
Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets;
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English;
Proactive, self-starting approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
Nice to have: experience in logistics, e-commerce, or gig economy sectors.
