Join Axpo Iberia and help shape user-centered products that power the energy transition. We're looking for a curious, hands-on designer to lead impactful design work from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent and impactful user experiences

Conduct user research and draw on user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings to uncover real user needs

Use these insights to guide design decisions across the product

Create user flows, mockups, prototypes, and detailed specifications that turn abstract concepts into simple, elegant interfaces

Communicate design solutions clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders

Translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant design solutions, balancing user insights, business requirements and technical constraints.

Contribute to evolving our design system, strengthening guidelines, patterns, and best practices across all products

What you bring & who you are:

5+ years of UI/UX design experience,



with 3+ years designing for complex products or commercial apps

A college degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience

Experience tackling complex design problems and driving design work end-to-end, from discovery through delivery

Strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, self-directed way of working

A portfolio of work with examples of creative problem solving and clear thinking, especially within complex ecosystems

Bonus: Experience designing for energy markets, trading systems, and/or building complex prototypes
