This team suppors our customer at conferences and meetings. The position to be covered will serve as the primary client contact, assisting with delegate management and travel arrangements for meetings, as well as comprehensive coordination of smaller-scale meetings.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects; phone & email communications with delegates, booking and issuing travel tickets, update event masterlist, cooperation with meeting planners.
- Review and audit travel/program billing
- Track and report expenses to clients
- Reconcile supplier payments

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years pharma meetings support (100+ HCP delegates)




- Pharmaceutical congress experience (ASCO, ESMO, etc.)
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Professional communication across management levels
- Strong accuracy and deadline management
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Technology and analytical skills
- CVENT experience (preferred)
- Advanced oral and written presentation skills
