Job Description
- At least 3/4 years of experience in IT within a large enterprise environment
- 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, packet capture, and configuration of network and security devices
- Solid experience with: WAN, LAN, WLAN
- VPN and Remote Access solutions
- Firewalls (configuration and troubleshooting), Palo Alto preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network and security incidents (L2 support)
- Experience working with network monitoring and management tools
- Good understanding of network security concepts (DMZs, VLANs, partner connections, etc.)
- Familiarity with corporate security standards, Computer Systems Validation & Compliance rules, and internal IT processes
- Ability to lead cross‑functional technical task forces and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a problem‑solving attitude
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); any additional language is a plus
- Once per week at the office near Barcelona.




- Provide second‑level technical support for Network and Security Services, including: WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN
- DMZs and partner connections
- Firewalls, Internet Proxies, Remote Access and VPN
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and packet capture analysis to resolve complex incidents
- Prepare and document incident reports, ensuring proper escalation and follow‑up until resolution
- Lead infrastructure cross‑functional task forces for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives
- Conduct proactive monitoring of network and security infrastructure, using available tools to: Identify trends and recurring issues
- Detect and resolve events before they impact users
- Contribute to problem analysis and continuous improvement of network and security services
- Ensure that operational tickets and projects comply with: Corporate security standards
