Role Purpose
The Creative Community Moderator is the bridge between the Social Creative Team and the Content Planning Team, turning community behaviour, conversations and cultural signals into creative opportunities for the brand. This is not a traditional Community Manager role, the role goes beyond moderation and customer care: it brings the voice of the community into the creative process and helps ensure that social content is relevant, culturally aware and built to generate conversation. As a native English speaker, the role will also ensure that the brand communicates naturally, credibly and consistently with its social audiences. Operational responsibilities such as publishing, reporting, data analysis and customer care are led by other members of the team, with this role providing support when required.
