As Senior Product Manager for Visibility at Docplanner, you will own how doctors are ranked and surfaced on our marketplace, including paid visibility products like First Class and Media360. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to onboard and renew doctor relationships, aiming to reduce zero-booking doctors and lift retention and lifetime value. This role is deeply data-driven and AI-enabled, shaping how providers and patients connect across markets. You will work with cross-functional teams to balance user experience with commercial outcomes, driving measurable impact at scale.

Responsabilidades
Own doctor success strategy and outcomes, including retention and reduction of zero-booking doctors
Co-own core marketplace metrics from onboarding to renewal to link profile configuration with bookings
Design differentiated success journeys for diverse customer segments and maturity levels
Own ranking, relevance, and visibility logic for marketplace search and listings
Balance patient experience, doctor outcomes, and commercial objectives with guardrails
Define evaluation frameworks, metrics, and experiments to improve ranking quality
Own roadmap and business logic for paid visibility products (First Class,



Media360)
Make ROI of visibility products transparent and repeatable
Work with data to size opportunities, build dashboards, and run experiments
Advise on AI-native product practices and accelerate discovery and execution using AI tools
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and country teams to deliver impact across markets
Drive experimentation culture with hypotheses, A/B tests, and iteration
Requisitos principales
5+ years in Product Management building digital consumer or marketplace products
Strong user-centric and commercial mindset with ability to tie decisions to business outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management across commercial and technical audiences
Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Design, and xqbhyrx Data teams
High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity in emerging spaces
Fluent with SQL and able to query large datasets to size opportunities and validate decisions
Proven ability to translate business logic into ranking, scoring, or matching logic and reason about trade-offs
Strong analytical and experimentation skills; data-driven decision maker
Deep understanding of customer economics in a subscription marketplace (retention, churn, ARPU, LTV)
Experience with two-sided marketplace dynamics and AI-native product mindset
