About the role:

As a Payroll Manager, you will play a key role within our Spanish Payroll Services organization.

You will lead a team of Payroll Consultants while acting as the senior point of contact and escalation for a portfolio of clients. This role combines people leadership, client relationship management and payroll expertise, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced payroll professionals looking to step into a broader management position.

Which tasks can you expect?

Team Leadership
- Lead a team of approximately 8-10 Payroll Consultants.
- Support team members in resolving complex payroll and labour law matters.
- Monitor workloads, priorities and service quality.
- Drive engagement, development and performance within the team.
- Partner with other stakeholders across the business.

Client Management
- Act as the main escalation point for a portfolio of approximately 15 key clients.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
- Ensure service quality, SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex operational issues and support conflict resolution when required.
- Track billing activities and oversee purchase orders for additional services.

Payroll Operations
- Oversee payroll delivery for Spanish payroll clients.
