In this Senior Account Manager role, you will own a portfolio of DSP and SSP partners, driving revenue growth and expanding Ogury’s footprint. You’ll work across Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering and Supply to align partner capabilities with client needs. You’ll lead strategic growth initiatives and translate partner insights into actionable plans, shaping the company’s programmatic strategy. This role combines relationship building with data-driven decision making in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with DSP and SSP partners
• Understand partner capabilities and connect them with Ogury's client needs
• Own portfolio revenue, pipeline development, forecasting against targets
• Identify and pursue new partnership and revenue opportunities
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and translate insights into growth plans




• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements including contracts and pricing
• Lead one of two strategic growth initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering and Supply to resolve live integration issues
• Monitor partner performance and provide reports with actionable recommendations
• Stay updated on industry trends and evolving programmatic advertising landscape
• Deliver high-quality service across partner-related inquiries

Responsabilidades
• At least three years of experience in Account Management or Partner Management in programmatic advertising or related fields
• Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs and programmatic ecosystem
• Commercial mindset with proven revenue achievement
• Experience forecasting and managing pipelines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical, solutions-oriented with ability to xghoner handle com
