Senior Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA

Location: Pamplona, Spain
Key Responsibilities

Corporate HR Program Execution

Implement corporate HR programs, policies, and processes consistently across the region.
Partner closely with Chandler‑based HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent Development.
Ensure alignment with corporate HR standards, governance requirements, and annual HR processes.
Drive consistent use of integral HR processes, approval workflows, documentation standards, and governance requirements across the EMEA region.
Support readiness and adoption for regional payroll, absence, timekeeping, and HR transformation initiatives.
Identify data, process, and compliance gaps and partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.

Revenue Growth Enablement

Partner with business leaders to ensure organizational structures, workforce plans,



and talent strategies support revenue growth objectives.
Identify workforce risks, capability gaps, and talent needs that may impact commercial performance.
Provide strategic workforce insights and recommendations that improve business results.

Operational Execution

Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives that enable successful project delivery and customer support.
Partner with leaders to drive productivity, accountability, and execution across the organization.
Anticipate and address workforce challenges that could impact operational performance.

Talent Acquisition, Retention, and Workforce Planning

Lead efforts to attract, hire, onboard, and retain top talent in partnership with Corporate Talent Acquisition.
Develop talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
Support succession planning and retention strategies for key talent and leadership roles.
