As a

Sales Consultant Support

, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention of new clients, contributing directly to the sustainable growth of Spring GDS. Your efforts will help ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence through seamless coordination with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams. You will act as a bridge between prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders,



supporting an agile and high-performance commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting

Follow up on marketing-generated leads

Identify and research new prospects

Conduct competitor benchmarking

Qualify prospects through calls and outreach

Analyze service-market fit

Sales Management & Customer Relations

Maintain and grow assigned client portfolio

Resolve client incidents and inquiries

Coordinate service implementation with Operations

Present post-sales service with CX team

Monitor volume and performance by country

Negotiation & Solution Design

Design client-specific logistics solutions

Negotiate rates, service terms, and integrations

Ensure profitability and service scalability

Align offers with client needs and company goals

Coordinate internal stakeholders for execution
