In this role, you will lead the KYC EDD/ODD functions across French and Italian markets, shaping a high-quality, compliant due diligence program. You will partner with the KYC Leadership Team to align policies, drive efficiency, and ensure regulatory readiness while supporting cross-market collaboration. You will mentor specialists, optimize processes, and influence strategic initiatives that improve customer experience and operational performance. This position offers impact through strengthening our KYC framework and scaling compliant digital banking across Europe.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the EDD and ODD teams, coaching and developing specialists
• Oversee high-risk case reviews, quality checks, and regulatory/compliance escalations
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and automation
• Collaborate cross-market with other team leads and stakeholders on strategy and resource planning
• Ensure documentation, procedures, and controls meet audit and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure consistent quality and timely case completion
• Contribute to strategic, cross-functional projects to scale operations and enhance customer experience

• Forecast and manage KPIs/SLAs to optimize resource planning and performance
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance readiness across markets
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of proven experience in KYC, EDD/ODD, or Financial Crime Compliance
• Leadership experience in a regulated financial environment with multi-geography exposure
• Strong understanding of KYC/EDD/ODD frameworks, ideally in EU jurisdictions
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with focus on growth and performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving xghoner abilities with a data-driven mindset
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Metabase, and Excel
• Excellent English communication; Italian and/or French proficiency is a plus
• Ability to prioritize, collaborate, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
• Proven capability to manage projects, drive change, and improve processes
• Ability to manage team performance through SLA and KPI management
