In this Field-Based Medical Science Liaison role, you will advance medical education and evidence generation in neuroscience and psychiatry across international markets. You will act as the primary scientific interface, building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders to inform patient care. You will enable high-quality scientific exchange, capture insights, and support clinical research activities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive medical objectives. • Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, investigators, patient advocacy groups, medical societies, and other stakeholders in neuroscience and psychiatry.
• Deliver accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific exchange on disease management, emerging data, and developments within neuroscience.
• Identify insights, unmet needs, treatment trends, and opportunities to inform medical strategy.
• Support clinical research activities through investigator engagement, site identification, feasibility assessments, and patient recruitment.




• Facilitate evidence generation through collaboration with clinical investigators and support for investigator- and company-sponsored research.
• Develop and execute territory medical engagement plans aligned to regional and global objectives.
• Gather and communicate actionable medical insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Support advisory boards, medical education programmes, scientific meetings, and congress activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Commercial.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations, pharmacovigilance standards, and ethical guidelines.
Responsabilidades
• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent); candidates with significant industry experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge/experience in Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry from clinical, research, or industry roles.
• Proven experience engaging with HCPs, investigators, and KOLs through scientific exchange.
• Experience supporting clinical trials, including site identification, feasibility, investigator engagement, and patient recruitment.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data effectively.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally within matrix organizations.
• Understanding of local healthcare systems, regulatory/compliance, and pharmacovigilance processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
