An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scientific Sales Specialist within the Companion Animal Business Unit . This field-based role will play a critical part in strengthening scientific leadership, customer engagement and sustainable business growth across the business unit.

The position is designed for a high-potential technical-commercial professional with the ambition, learning agility and leadership mindset to grow into broader responsibilities over time. The role will also provide the opportunity to contribute to a strong innovation pipeline, supporting both current strategic priorities and future product launches that will shape the growth of the Companion Animal Business Unit over the coming years .
This person must be based in Spain and willing to travel.

What you will do
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
- Identify, engage and develop relationships with national and regional Key Opinion Leaders, building strong advocacy networks and increasing our Animal Health’s scientific influence.
- Support advisory boards,



scientific collaborations, congress participation and educational initiatives that accelerate customer confidence and product adoption.
- Manage and develop strategic stakeholder relationships, including Key Opinion Leaders, high-potential veterinary practices, strategic distributors and selected corporate veterinary groups, partnering with Key Account Managers and relevant cross-functional teams on customer development plans.
- Deliver scientific education and value-based engagement programs tailored to Key Opinion Leaders , corporate customers and strategic stakeholders.
- Identify and engage veterinary practices with significant growth potential, collaborating with Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers and distributors to support customer acquisition and development.
