Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead strategic insight generation from trends, industry developments, and partner insights to inform B2B growth strategy
• Develop and own processes to activate insights for stakeholders at the right time

Responsabilidades
• 5-7 years in strategy consulting or equivalent in a tech company
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with xghoner data and frameworks
• Experience structuring data and insights to drive decision-making
• Excellent communicator able to synthesize ideas for executives and operational teams
• Self-starter with bias for action and focus on measurable business impact
