You'll be responsible for driving project delivery, growing strategic accounts, and owning key client relationships across national and international engagements.Key responsabilities:Lead the technical and operational strategy for strategic client accounts, ensuring quality, business value, and successful delivery.Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping innovative solutions, and expanding existing client relationships.Lead and coordinate teams of 30-60 professionals, including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.Ensure delivery excellence across projects involving Cloud, AI, Big Data,



and Microsoft technologies.Own the definition and presentation of proposals, acting as a key business and technical partner for clients.Build long-term client relationships based on trust, value creation, and strategic alignment.Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.Requirements10+ years of experience in technology environments.At least 5 years leading large engineering, delivery, or consulting teams.Previous experience in a technology consulting or services company (mandatory).Proven track record in account farming, client growth, and business development.Strong technical background in software engineering and web technologies, combined with experience in Cloud, AI, or Data platforms.Experience managing complex programs and international clients.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Fluent English and Spanish.BenefitsSalary determined by the market and your expe
