Electronic Device Guarantees | HybridFoundever is looking for Danish & English-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an on-site project in Seville, supporting a leading company in electronic device warranties and insurance.This role is ideal for candidates who want to use their language skills daily, work in a multicultural environment, and grow their career with a general organization.About the roleAs a Customer Support Agent, you will:- Manage warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devices- Handle customer inquiries, incidents, and claims with empathy and accuracy- Deliver high-quality service in Danish, using English as the working language- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at every interactionWhat we offer- Temporary contract of 4 months, with real possibilities of continuity- On-site position in Seville, in a modern and professional office.
